Our Response to COVID-19

To date, the Coach Foundation has committed more than $4 million in COVID-19 relief and the Coach brand has donated
over $3.5 million worth of product (retail value) to healthcare frontline responders and COVID-19-related charities.

As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we’ve been inspired by the countless ways the Coach
community has shown up for each other during these challenging times.

Keeping everyone safe and connected is still our top priority—here are a few of the things we’ve
been doing differently that you should know about:

1. While some Coach stores in the United States, Canada and Europe remain temporarily closed, we’ve started to reopen select stores on a location-by-location basis in accordance with the guidance of local governments and public health organizations. We are taking additional precautionary measures to keep our customers and employees safe—including reduced store hours and social distancing. Check your local store information here.
2. We’re extending our returns policy to 30 days after we reopen stores for both in store and online purchases (does not include customized items, and items must be in new or unused condition).
3. Our distribution centers remain open, with additional health and safety measures in place. We’re so grateful to our logistics and distribution teams for their commitment and hard work that keeps our e-commerce business up and running—and those Coach packages swiftly on their way to you.
