TO SUPPORT THE NEXT GENERATION AS THEY
CREATE THE FUTURE THEY KNOW IS POSSIBLE.
#DREAMITREAL
Our Response to COVID-19
To date, the Coach Foundation has committed more than $4 million in COVID-19 relief and the Coach brand has donated over $3.5 million worth of product (retail value) to healthcare frontline responders and COVID-19-related charities.
SUPPORTING OUR HOMETOWN
The Coach Foundation—in partnership with Goldman Sachs and New York City—is a
founding partner of NYC’s Small Business Continuity Fund to help the most vulnerable businesses affected by COVID-19. We have committed $3 million to this fund to help the places and the people that make New York the vibrant and unique community it is today.
We’ve also donated $300k to a non-profit that supports low-income families in the Bronx
who have lost their primary earner due to COVID-19, providing 300 families with $1k in
emergency cash assistance.
SUPPORTING OUR GLOBAL COMMUNITIY
The Coach China team has donated RMB 1 million to the China Youth Development Foundation to support the Hubei region following the initial COVID-19 outbreak.
The Coach Foundation has committed $200k to support COVID frontline assistance charities selected by our European employees—check back for an announcement in the coming weeks.
The Coach brand is donating over $3.5 million worth of Coach product (retail value) to COVID-19-related charities and impacted individuals.
The Coach Foundation is also matching North America employee donations to COVID-19 response efforts through our matching gift program (up to $10k per employee).
SUPPORTING OUR INDUSTRY
The Coach Foundation is proud to commit $200k to the Council of Fashion Designers (CFDA) and Vogue Fashion Fund’s A Common Thread—an initiative raising funds for those in the American fashion community who have been most affected by COVID-19. We’ve also donated $50k to the British Fashion Council’s Covid Crisis Fund.
Created to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and to stand with those who continue to push
for an equal and just future, the film features Coach friends and family at home during
COVID-19. Directed by Christelle de Castro, it sends a powerful message about the importance
of thriving no matter who and where you are.
To celebrate Pride and support young people in the LGBTQ+ community, the Coach Foundation
made donations to HMI, our partner of seven years, as well as new partners GLSEN and the
Albert Kennedy Trust.
